Like most websites, zemos.ro uses cookies and local storage. This policy explains what they are, which ones we use and how you can control them. Operated by Optima Distillery S.R.L.
Form protection: the form currently loads no external services and sets no cookies; abuse is limited on our own server. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile, it will check whether the interaction is legitimate, processing the IP address and technical browser information, never your name, email or message, for security only. For information about the provider’s processing, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Cookies, explained
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve different purposes:
- Session cookies – temporary, deleted when you close the browser
- Persistent cookies – remain until they expire or you delete them
- First-party cookies – set directly by zemos.ro
- Third-party cookies – set by an external service, if such a service is active

The site uses localStorage to remember your consent choice. We do not store a language preference.

Statistics: inactive
We do not currently use Google Analytics or collect usage statistics through that service. The current version does not set _ga statistics cookies.
Any future activation requires an updated inventory of the actual cookies, providers, durations and transfers, plus prior consent.
How to manage cookies
You decide:
- On our site – use the banner: “Reject”, “Only necessary” or “Customise”. While statistics are not activated, there is no “Accept” button. Your choice is kept for at most 180 days
- In your browser – you can view or delete the site’s cookies and local data from the settings
- Withdrawing consent – use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Your choice is updated. Analytics is already inactive in the current version
Clearing local data resets the stored consent choice. Refusing Analytics does not affect how the site works.

Before any activation, we must update this policy and the Privacy Policy to describe the actual processing and obtain consent. We load no advertising pixels or social tracking scripts.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we update this page and show the consent banner again so you can review your preferences.
